TANVI GOYAL

Tanvi Goyal - Professional Portrait

I am passionate about equity and access for all learners. My main aim is to provide comprehensive support to students so they succeed not just academically but also through an environment of empathy and care. I firmly believe that success comes with impactful teachers.

My experience of teaching in various institutions in a multidisciplinary setting has made me more passionate towards this profession, creating not just academic achievers but lifelong learners. I received a Ph.D. in English from Indira Gandhi University in 2025, with a dissertation on ecofeminism in the works of Margaret Atwood and Barbara Kingsolver.

My research interests include Ecocriticism, Ecofeminism, Environmental Humanities, South Asian diaspora, American & Canadian literature, Global Anglophone, Literary theory and criticism, and Rhetoric and composition.

I have served as an Assistant Professor at Ramanujan College, University of Delhi, teaching British, South Asian, and American literature, literary theory and criticism, and English communication.
